Following a recent external audit, Excelerate Technology has retained its ISO9001 quality management system accreditation for continued compliance with ISO9001: 2008 and with internal processes and procedures.
Excelerate has committed to best in class quality management since working towards its first ISO9001 accreditation in September 2008 and has continued to prioritise this internationally recognised standard throughout its operations.
Since the last re-assessment audit Excelerate has experienced a period of sustained growth via a combination of new customers and markets including additional overseas customers. Throughout this period the company has also developed and delivered new product innovations keeping them at the leading edge of providing integrated communication solutions to the emergency services and other organisations.
The auditor noted that the ISO9001 quality management system continues to be well managed and acknowledged Excelerate’s continued commitment to operate at the highest standards.
David Savage, CEO at Excelerate commented;
“I’d like to thank and congratulate the team for their hard work and dedication in achieving and retaining this important standard. As we work with more customers, partners and suppliers in the UK and overseas, often on some very complex projects, it is essential that we continue our focus on quality improvement to deliver the best solutions and service we possibly can.”
